Donald J. Rataj, NCARBThe founding member of the firm, Don Rataj started the company in 1985. He graduated in 1976 from the University of Kansas, School of Architecture. He is certified with the National Council of Architectural Registration Board, in addition he has individual licenses in 20 states. As a past member of the American Arbitration Association, Don has served as an arbitrator and as an expert witness. He especially enjoys the art of design, and building relationships with the clients.

Kurtis R. Krueger, NCARBKurt Krueger joined the firm in 1996. He graduated from the University of Kansas, School of Architecture with a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture in 1987. He is certified with the National Council of Architectural Registration Board, and has licenses in 5 states. Kurt has extensive experience in club planning, financial institutions, theater and retail architecture. Colleagues and clients appreciate Kurt for his knowledge in the field of architecture, attention to detail, and project management leadership.

Geoffrey L. Crowley, NCARB, AIA, LEED APGeoff Crowley graduated from Kansas State University, College of Architecture, Planning and Design, in 2000. with a Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture. Geoff is a licensed architect with the National Council of Architectural Registration Board. He is a member of the AIA, and is LEED certified. Geoff is manager of the firms IT department, and keeps abreast of the current advancements in architectural programs, such as BIM( Revit). Geoff is requested and respected by many of the firms clients, primarily because of his focus on the project specifics, and the client needs.
